Her background spans executive leadership in finance and medical economics including budgeting, forecasting, operational strategy, and data analytics, with a strong focus on aligning financial performance with long-term organizational growth.
Throughout her career, Kellie has led large-scale financial and operational initiatives involving multimillion-dollar funding negotiations, consolidation strategies, treasury oversight, and executive-level decision support. She has built and led high-performing finance and analytics teams, developed advanced reporting and forecasting models, and implemented data-driven solutions that improved operational efficiency, strengthened financial visibility, and supported strategic decision-making.
Her expertise includes financial strategy, healthcare economics, budgeting and forecasting, operational analytics, process improvement, executive reporting, and cross-functional leadership.
