Salenna Russello is a conference and event professional with six years of experience leading conference operations, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and attendee engagement. She brings a strong combination of strategic event planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational expertise, with a specialized background in behavioral health.

Salenna holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology, with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology in progress, emphasizing cultural diversity. Her clinical and behavioral health background provides a unique perspective that informs her approach to planning and executing behavioral health conferences, fostering meaningful collaboration among presenters, exhibitors, attendees, and organizational partners.
