Meet Emily
Emily Bridge brings over two decades of experience leading transformational change in healthcare, focusing on managed behavioral healthcare. As an Executive Coach in Change Leadership and a consultant in Enterprise Change Management, Emily helps senior executives navigate complex changes with resilience and agility. Her work includes designing self-assessment frameworks, securing board-level support, and advancing organizational change maturity through tailored training and strategies. Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from East Carolina University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Western Carolina University, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Prosci ® Certified Change Practitioner (CCP). Known for her strategic vision, ethical leadership, and ability to inspire teams, Emily is dedicated to driving sustainable change and improving outcomes in healthcare.
