Meet Rob
Rob Kindsvatter brings nearly thirty years of state level financial and program management in the health and human services sector. Most recently Rob served as the Chief Financial Officer for North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services with responsibility for the planning, development, interpretation, coordination and administration of the policies and programs for the Department’s $31+billion budget covering 12 programmatic divisions. His previous experience includes serving as the Director for the Division of Child Development and Early Education and as the Director for the Medicaid Office of Compliance and Program Integrity. Rob is skilled in driving performance and strategic initiatives through creative problem solving with a focus on customer outcomes.
