Meet Cindy
Cindy Davis-West, LCMHC has joined CCR, bringing with her more than 34 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with and on behalf of adult and child populations in the behavioral health field. Cindy has held leadership positions for the past two decades, including roles as CEO, State Director, Chief Clinical Operations Officer, and various other leadership roles. Her diverse background includes organizational leadership, quality assurance, operational assessment and planning, program development, employee training, and project management. Additionally, Cindy has served on state and local level committees in North Carolina and other states. Her career has afforded her a range of experience with expertise surrounding organizational change, and operationalization of programs to create successful and sustainable organizations.
