Meet Donald
Donald Reuss is a seasoned healthcare consultant with more than 30 years of experience in managed care and over two decades in senior leadership roles. He brings deep expertise in provider network operations, including provider contracting, network development, provider relations, and ongoing network management across complex healthcare systems.
Throughout his career, Donald has worked extensively with local and state governments on the design, implementation, and oversight of healthcare programs and delivery systems. His experience spans county, state, and Medicaid initiatives, as well as programs supported through Federal Block Grant funding, giving him a comprehensive understanding of public-sector healthcare financing and policy-driven operations.
Donald holds a master’s degree in Community Counseling from Western Carolina University, grounding his strategic leadership in a strong understanding of behavioral health, community-based services, and person-centered care models.
In recognition of his exceptional service and lasting contributions to the state of North Carolina, Mr. Reuss was awarded The Order of the Long Leaf Pine, one of the state’s highest civilian honors.
