Meet Robert
Robert C. “Bob” Spadaccini, Sr., PMP, PAHM, SFC, Six Sigma Green Belt brings over thirty-two years of experience within the area of Health and Human Services in the government and private sectors. His experience includes development of a “start-up” Medicare Advantage plan. He has worked for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Amerigroup for fourteen years including as the health plan president for the South Carolina Medicaid Plan. Prior to that he served as Direction II for Statewide Medicaid Operations in Wisconsin. He has served for three governors of Commonwealth of Virginia as an appointee to the State Board of Social Services.
